A Europcar ID number is your Europcar Customer Identification number. It is a unique and personal number allowing access to your rental profile at time of reservation and rental and for registered members receiving the benefits of the Privelege Service.
Always enter our online booking service with your Europcar ID Number in the "login" section for instant recognition and faster booking process.
Your Europcar Driver ID is generated on your first rental with Europcar. Please ask the Europcar agent to confirm it to you.
You can also find this number on your rental invoice and on your Europcar Privilege card. You may also create your Europcar ID online via the My Europcar section.

Please check your Europcar Privilege card: you will find your number under "ID" on the front of the card.
Alternatively you can find it under "Driver ID" on your last Europcar rental invoice, or last Europcar Rental Agreement. Otherwise, please use our Search ID function available on our home page and in the My Europcar section.
To retrieve your password, please click on the link "Forgot your password" on the home page of our sites or in the my Europcar section.
You will then be asked to supply the answer to your secret question and if your answer is correct we will send you an email with a new password for security reasons.
You may change that new password in the my Europcar section on receipt of the email. You may also send us an e-mail indicating your date of birth, Europcar ID number and driving licence.
Go to the "My Europcar" section and you can update your password and rental preferences.
