Europcar welcomes sponsorship requests. Each request will fall under one of two categories:

• Community/Local
• Commercial

Please see below guidelines for sponsorship requests.

Community/Local Sponsorships:

In line with our corporate social responsibility objectives, Europcar has developed a Community Involvement Program. The Community Involvement Program is Europcar’s commitment to supporting staff and their communities.

Europcar actively encourages all staff to be involved in this program by nominating a local event, organisation or charity they believe would benefit from a Europcar sponsorship. Employees across Australia and New Zealand are able to donate to organisations that they personally support.

Europcar allocates over $100,000 each year to this community initiative. All local sponsorships are made via this program so unfortunately we can not receive any additional local sponsorship requests outside this program.

Commercial Sponsorships:

Europcar receives many requests for commercial sponsorship. Every application will be acknowledged however please allow at least 3 weeks for a response. Applications for sponsorship not submitted via the official form will not be considered. All requests must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the commencement of the sponsorship. Europcar will only consider sponsorship where we have category exclusivity.
