My Privilege For You account has lost points or been downgraded. Why did this happen?

You have lost points and returned to the beginning of your status because you did not rent during the last 12-month period or you have been downgraded because you did not rent during the last 24-month period.


You can regain the higher status by renting and accumulating the required number of points within your new 12-month membership period.
