We have two desks located inside the Domestic Terminal, one desk in the International Terminal, and a main booth located in the first car park block. Brisbane Airport is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the city centre. Alternatively, the Airtrain is a quick and easy option for travelling between the airport and the city - journeys take about 20 minutes and services run every 15 minutes during peak times and every 30 minutes in off-peak periods.

First time driving a van? Don’t worry, driving a rental van in Brisbane is simple as long as you remember a few important points:

• Be aware of the height of the vehicle and check it will fit under any structures such as low bridges or car park entrances.
• Plan your route in advance and make sure it doesn’t include any roads that are unsuitable for large vehicles.
• You might need more space for turning than you’re used to, so make sure you allow for this when parking and manoeuvring.
• Carrying a heavy load can affect braking and acceleration so allow extra space for braking.
• Remember that visibility won’t be the same as driving a car – you may be relying on just your wing mirrors if there isn’t a rear view mirror or if the rear view is obscured by your load.
