Can I receive Frequent Traveller miles or points on Previous Rentals ? To receive mileage credit for rentals which took place within the last 3 months*, please send a proof of your frequent traveller membership number and your Europcar rental agreement to customerrelations@europcar.com.au

Can I reprint my Invoice ? You will be able to download past invoices online with your Europcar ID and password OR with the credit/debit card used for payment.
