My 10% discount is not applying to my booking. What should I do?

First, please make sure you are logged in to your Europcar account at the beginning of your reservation journey to be recognized as a Privilege For You member and benefit from the 10% discount.


Please be aware that some restricted conditions may apply. Ensure you are not in one of those cases:

  • Another discount is already applied to your booking, such as a promotion or a business negotiated price
  • You are trying to book using a third party website

If you continue to experience difficulties, please make a request through our contact page and we will make sure to help you resolve the issue.
