What is myEuropcar's car subscription?

myEuropcar is a flexible car subscription and a smart alternative to leasing or buying a car. You can subscribe online in just a few minutes.

Your monthly fixed rate includes services, a basic protection package, a basic kilometre allowance, and coverage for maintenance and wear & tear— with no starting fee!

Choose from flexible minimum terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. After that, your car subscription renews monthly for up to 24 months.

What is the main difference between the myEuropcar subscription program and leasing or buying?

Compared to leasing or buying, vehicle subscription offers more flexibility. You can decide on a minimum duration of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Your vehicle subscription is renewed each month. The cancellation period is very short.

How do I start a myEuropcar subscription?

You can subscribe online. 1. Select the category of vehicle that fits your needs and the minimum duration that you want. 2. Select your optional extras 3. Enter your personal information during the booking process 4. Confirm your subscription with myEuropcar 5. Our customer service agent dedicated to myEuropcar will contact you to confirm your subscription.

How is myEuropcar car insured?

Your myEuropcar car subscription includes a Basic Damage Cover package in the monthly price. This covers theft or accidental collision damage, subject to a Damage Excess. If you'd like to reduce the Damage Excess, you can choose between the Medium or Premium protection packages, which reduce the payable amount in the event of damage.

How many free kilometres are included per month?

myEuropcar car subscriptions include 1,200 km per month. If you need more, you can add additional kilometre packages (500 km per package) during the booking process, with the option to add up to 6 extra packages, giving you a total of 3,000 km per month. Unused kilometres cannot be carried over to the following month. Please note, additional kilometre packages can only be added during the booking process.

What is special about myEuropcar?

myEuropcar is a vehicle subscription that offers you the comfort of a personal vehicle without all the disadvantages of owning it. Choose a short minimum duration for more flexibility or a longer minimum duration for more savings. The longer your engagement is, the lesser your monthly payment. You can also choose amongst a large variety of options to tailor your subscription to your needs:

- Our different Damage Cover packages allow you to reduce your deductible in the event of an accident. - Various additional kilometre packages. - An additional driver is always included in your subscription plan. You want to add another driver? You just need to add this person into your booking.

What is the difference between a classic long-term rental and myEuropcar?

You do not need to know how long you are driving for when you start your myEuropcar subscription. You can easily tailor your subscription to meet your personal needs! For instance, you can choose between a number of different kilometre and Damage Cover packages but also have the added bonus of having an additional driver automatically included as part of your subscription.

What is included in the monthly myEuropcar subscription rate?

What other costs are covered? To make your subscription even more convenient, we’ve also included: - Registration & vehicle tax - Maintenance and servicing - Liability insurance & theft protection

^Fuel costs are not included in the subscription. *Roadside assistance covers mechanical faults. Additional fees apply for non-mechanical issues such as lost keys, lockouts, or flat batteries caused by driver error.

Is myEuropcar available for business customers?

No. myEuropcar is exclusively available for private customers. As a business customer we offer long term solutions, made specifically for you, so that you can find the appropriate option for you.
