5. Offer available in the listed below participating rental stations, under the following restrictions, and in the following countries:

   • Spain: the applicable discount is 25%. Minimum advance booking period of 24 hours. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days and maximum of 29 days.
   • Italy: the applicable discount is 25%. Not available for pick-ups in the following periods: from 27/04/2018 to 01/05/2018 and 16/06/2018 to 30/06/2018. Minimum advance booking period of 7 days. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days and maximum of 29 days.
   • Germany: the applicable discount is 25%. Not available for pick-ups in the following periods: from 16/04/2018 to 25/04/2018. Minimum advance booking period of 7 days. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days and maximum of 29 days.
   • Portugal: the applicable discount is 25%. Minimum advance booking period of 7 days. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days and maximum of 29 days.
   • France: the applicable discount is 25%. Not available for pick-ups in the following periods: from 26/04/2018 to 10/05/2018 (in Ile de France, South West and PACA regions) and 26/04/2018 to 27/05/2018 (in Nice). Not available for the following car categories: IWMR, IWAR, FVAR, PVAR, LVMR, LVAR. Offer not available for US/CA and franchisee locations. Minimum advance booking period of 7 days. Minimum rentals duration of 7 days and maximum of 29 days.
   • UK: the applicable discount is up to 15% for Australian and New Zealand residents, up to 40% off for residents of other countries. Pick-ups from 16/04 to 31/08. Not available for pick-ups in the following periods: from 04/05/2018 to 07/05/2018 and 25/05/2018 to 28/05/2018. Minimum advance booking period of 7 days. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days and maximum of 29 days. Excluding Vans, Selection and Franchisee locations.
   • Ireland: the applicable discount is 15%. Not available for pick-ups in the following periods: from 22/05/2018 to 27/05/2018. Minimum advance booking period of 7 days. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days and maximum of 29 days.
   • Denmark: the applicable discount is 25%. Minimum advance booking period of 7 days. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days and maximum of 29 days.
   • Australia & New Zealand: the applicable discount is 10% for passenger vehicles only. Not available for pick-ups in the following periods: from 01/06/2018 to 04/06/2018. Minimum advance booking period of 24 hours. Minimum rentals duration of 3 days.
   • Belgium: the applicable discount is up to 10%.
