Yes, as a condition of entry, please remember to wear a face mask when collecting and returning vehicles at any airport and station in line with State or Territory Government guidelines.
We are not implementing any travel restrictions for our vehicles. Across Australia the different States and Territories have applied their own restrictions to intra and interstate travel, including closing their state borders. Prior to making a booking, we advise all customers to keep updated on the latest State and Territory developments here.

Yes, we offer full flexibility so you can book and travel with confidence. To travel with complete flexibility, select the Book Now, Pay Later option. This option offers FREE modifications or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of rental collection.
When selecting the Book and Pay Now option, you receive a saving for paying in advance. We are offering FREE cancellation on Book and Pay Now rentals when you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of rental collection.

We're here to support you. During your car rental period, if you become infected or suspect you have been infected and need to quarantine and therefore can't return your rented car, please inform us immediately or 1300 13 13 90 or via email@example.com.
A 9 day-period must be respected for the car in order to minimize any risk of passing on the infection to other customers and therefore the vehicle will remain with you during this 9-day period, but you will not be charged for the rental from the day you contact us.
Please do not touch the vehicle during this period. If you do not inform us of the reasons why the car has not been returned, we may have to charge you for additional days, which is clearly not our intention if you've been infected or quarantined.
Cover can be purchased at the time of rental or at one of our branches when you pick up your vehicle. With COVID-19, we have implemented a new Safe & Flex policy. In Australia and New Zealand we are currently offering FREE Cancellation on bookings if restrictions come into place.
