Europcar stakes claim to corporate market through innovation and efficiency

In a push to win market share of corporate vehicle rental, Europcar has introduced an innovative, web-based reservation and rental management tool that delivers strong efficiencies for corporate customers.
Sales and Marketing Director, Mike Warmington, said Europcar.biz is unique to the rental car industry in Australia and New Zealand, allowing companies to manage and track their car rentals.
"Companies that require rental vehicles have been waiting a long time for a tool that will streamline and simplify the process of managing vehicle rental," Mr Warmington said.
"Corporate customers can now have complete control of their car rentals with Europcar.biz because it allows users to make reservations, extend rental periods and download rental invoices with a click of a button."
DriverCare, which requires a significant volume of rental cars and fleet services, has already started using Europcar.biz and a number of other large companies are in the process of implementing the tool.
DriverCare National Sales and Marketing Manager, Paul Elliott, said Europcar.biz had delivered several benefits to their business and was the deciding factor in choosing Europcar as their preferred rental vehicle provider.

With Europcar having recently been named as the Australian Government's joint rental car provider, the tool will also be made available across large government agencies.
Mr Warmington said that accident management, assistance and car insurance companies in particular would benefit from Europcar.biz, helping them manage replacement vehicles for their customers.
