Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Each winner (5 prizes in total) will receive four (4) reserved tickets to a 2021/22 NBL regular season game (valued at $200 each prize). NBL will use best endeavours to accommodate the winner’s preference based on ticket availability
   2. The prize outlined above must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable. If the winner is unable to accept the prize or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, there will be a redraw.
   3. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable for cash and all travel expenses including and not limited to flights, accommodation, and other expenses to redeem the prize will be borne by the winners.
   4. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter, after having made reasonable attempts to reach agreement with the winner, but otherwise in its discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
   5. Any costs associated with redeeming the prize is not included.
   6. Entrants will earn one entry per eligible rental by booking with Europcar Australia
   7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must book an eligible rental vehicle with Europcar via  www.europcar.com.au/nbl-win between 00:01 (AEDT) 24 February 2022 and 23:59 (AEDT) 11 March 2022; or by calling 1300 13 13 90 and quoting 55585505
   8. To enter you must be a current Privilege member, or sign up prior to making a booking
   9. The draw will take place at Europcar Australia, 189 S Centre Rd, Tullamarine VIC 3043, on Monday 14 March 2022 at 14:00 (AEDT). The Prize Winner will be notified in writing or telephone within two (2) days of the draw
   10. Vehicles subject to availability
   11. Valid at participating locations across Australia and New Zealand
   12. Valid for bookings by 11 March 2022 and rental pick between 1 May 2022 and 31 June 2022
   13. You may cancel your rental free of charge provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before the Rental Period is due to start
   14. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion
   15. Minimum length of rental must be 2 days to receive this offer. Days are based on a 24 hour rental period
   16. Discount of up to 20% OFF applies to base cost (time and kilometres) of rental only. Discount will be incorporated into your total price at the Quote Summary stage
   17. Europcar standard age, credit card and driver requirements apply
   18. A online reservation restriction of at least four hours prior to vehicle pick up applies
   19. Extra charges may apply to options you select, if you do not return the vehicle to the same pick up location or return the vehicle late, or if you do not return the vehicle full of fuel unless the prepaid fuel option is purchased, or if you incur infringements or use toll roads
   20. Valid to all passenger vehicle classes, including prestige
   21. Standard passenger vehicles include unlimited kilometres in metropolitan areas for up to 14 days, 200km per day for rentals in Country areas and 100km per day in Remote areas.
   22. For prestige vehicles 1-29 days 200 kms free per day, 30+ days 100 kms free per day with additional kilometres charged per kilometre.
   23. If there is Damage, theft of the Vehicle or Third Party Loss you must also pay up to the standard Damage Liability Fee (DLF). Optional Damage Cover Products may be purchased to reduce your liability, but there may be no cover under some circumstances. More Info
