Terms & Conditions

    1. Single upgrade is available to MYERone members who book an IDAR and upgrade to IFAR in Australia and book a CFAR and upgrade to an FDAR in New Zealand when you book online before 15 December 2018. Travel must be between 1 November 2018 and 31 January 2019. Blackout dates apply: 15-Dec-18 thru 2-Jan-19. Offer valid for hire in Australia and New Zealand at participating locations and is subject to availability at all times. MYERone members must provide their MYERone card number either at time of booking online using the ‘frequent traveller’ drop down menu to receive the discount. MYERone Shopping Credits are earned on time and kilometre charges only. Members must show their MYERone Card at the time of purchase to earn MYERone Shopping Credits and the member name must match the main driver name on the Europcar rental agreement. Offer applies to rentals within Australia and New Zealand only. Points earn only valid for bookings made direct with Europcar. Excludes points earning through; Tour Operator, Wholesale and Broker issued vouchers, Net Rate Programs, points/miles redemption, program partner staff rentals, award/complimentary rentals, long term rentals (30+ days) and ancillary rental products. Shopping Credits cannot be earned in conjunction with any other loyalty or points programs.
    2. Vehicles subject to availability. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

    3. Europcar standard age, credit card and driver requirements apply.

    4. An online reservation restriction of at least four hours prior to vehicle pick up applies. Extra charges may apply to options you select, if you do not return the vehicle to the same pick up location or return the vehicle late, or if you do not return the vehicle full of fuel unless the prepaid fuel option is purchased, or if you incur infringements or use toll roads.

    5. Standard passenger vehicles include unlimited kilometres in metropolitan areas for up to 14 days, 200km per day for rentals in Country areas and 100km per day in Remote areas including Darwin, Alice Springs and all locations in the Northern Territory

    6. If there is Damage, theft of the Vehicle or Third Party Loss you must also pay up to the standard Damage Liability Fee (DLF). Optional Damage Cover Products may be purchased to reduce your liability, but there may be no cover under some circumstances.
