How do I get a copy of my invoice?

To view or print a copy of your invoices from rentals that were completed in the past 6 months, click HERE and scroll to ‘Print an Invoice’ and enter the email and surname used to book your rental. Invoices for rentals completed in the last 24 hours may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If you are unable to view your invoice, please contact your travel agent or website that you used to make the booking.

When is the security deposit released? 

Europcar releases the pre-authorisation immediately upon return of the vehicle via an electronic message to your bank.  The actual release process can take up to 15 business days however generally it is completed within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.  You will not see a refund, instead the pending transaction will disappear from your account.
