Due to remedial works at Sydney Airport, all domestic car rental pick ups and returns will now take place at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot via a free shuttle bus service.
Please Note: This does not apply to the International Terminal airport pickups at T1.
Vehicle Pick Up
Europcar customers arriving into T2 and T3 domestic terminals with a Reservation can proceed directly to the Europar courtesy shuttle bus service which is located outside the T2 and T3 domestic terminals opposite the baggage carousel.
The Europcar courtesy shuttle bus will take you to Europcar's vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot (see map below).
Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time.
Customers without a booking must arrange a car rental at the Europcar rental desks located within the T2 Domestic terminals prior to accessing the Europcar courtesy shuttle bus.
If you are arriving into T3 without a reservation please proceed to T2.
Only customers with an existing car rental booking will be able to access the courtesy bus to Europcar's new location for vehicle collection.
Vehicle Drop Off
Europcar customers must drop off their vehicle at Europcar's temporary location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue, Mascot (see map below).
Car rental customers will be able to access the Europcar courtesy shuttle bus from the car rental drop off areas back to the T2 and T3 Terminals
Proceed straight at roundabout and you will see signs to the drop off location for Europcar
If you are returning a car rental from Sydney CBD, north or eastern suburbs, please turn right into General Holmes Drive from Southern Cross Drive. Turn left into Ross Smith Avenue
If you are returning a car rental from Sydney south or via the M5 motorway, please turn left into Butler Road from General Holmes Drive
All car rental drop-offs will take place in the South-East Sector on Ross Smith Avenue (see below map), not at the P1 carpark
Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for a one-way shuttle trip from the car rental drop-off point back to the T2 and T3 Terminals
NOTE: The Europcar courtesy shuttle bus operates during station trading hours from 5.30am-11.00pm. Vehicle Returns outside of these operating hours will be required to return to Sydney International Airport and catch the Sydney Airport Terminal bus (T-Bus) service to the Domestic Airport.
For all returns after hours please return to the International Terminal.
Accessibility Provisions 
Infant Seats: Infant Seats will be available where required 
Wheelchair Access and Accessibility: Sydney Airport will not be providing accessibility accomodations in their shuttle service. If you have accessibiltiy concerns or require assistance, please contact the Europcar Customer Care on 1300 13 13 90 (5am - 9pm AEST Mon-Sat & 6am-8pm AEST Sun) and we will arrange a suitable alternative for you.
