Sydney Domestic Airport – We’re Back In Terminal

From 1 November 2025, Europcar’s Sydney Domestic Airport location is now back in-terminal — no shuttle bus required.
Please Note: This does not apply to the International Terminal airport pickups at T1.
Vehicle Pick Up
  • For customers arriving in Terminals T2 and T3, please proceed to the Europcar counters within the terminals where our team will assist with your reservation. 
  • Once we have processed your rental agreement, please follow the Europcar signs towards the priority pick up area to the P2 carpark, located between T2 and T3 terminals.
  • Your car will be waiting for you at the P2 carpark. 
  • As you exit the carpark, please press the button at the boomgate and an attendant will allow you to exit. 
  • Please note: There is no Europcar counter in the carpark - all rentals must be completed in-terminal before collecting your vehicle. 
Vehicle Drop Off
  • Drive to the P2 carpark on Keith Smith Avenue. The entry is on the ground/arrivals level.
  • At entry take a ticket at the boom gate.
  • Please keep the ticket in the car, and follow Europcar returns signage inside the carpark. 
  • If returning a vehicle over 2.1m, please pull into the priority pickup area and park in one of the Europcar branded bays outside.
