IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE
In Australia, you need to present:
A valid full driver's licence for the main driver and any additional drivers showing a current residential address in English. If you do not have a valid Australian Drivers License, an International Driver's Permit must accompany your driver’s licence.
A valid credit or debit card in the name of the main driver, matching the relevant Driver’s Licence
A passport if you are not an Australian resident
If using a debit card, you are required to provide a second form of acceptable identification in addition to your driver’s licence. For example, utility or phone bill (with matching address), bank statement (with matching address), passport or a credit card matching the main driver information.
NB: Payment by debit card is only available on selected vehicle types.
There are four terminals at Perth Airport - T1, T2, T3 and T4 - located at two terminal precincts that are separated by a 15 minute drive: the T1/T2 precinct and the T3/T4 precinct.
T1 (international): At present this counter is unmanned. Please proceed to the Europcar office in the car rental car park which is a short walk across the road from terminal 2 .
T2: The Europcar counter is located by the baggage carousels. Europcar customers should proceed to the office directly across from the terminal building. The office is in the car park.
T3 & T4: There is one Europcar counter that operates for these terminals located near the escalator in the T4 arrivals hall.
All reservations made for Perth Airport must have a flight number in the booking.

Additional cover to reduce your liability can be purchased at the Europcar counter when you pick up your rental.
Prior to leaving the location, we recommend you inspect your vehicle to ensure that the condition of the vehicle is consistent with the information noted in your rental agreement.
If you notice any discrepancies over and above Fair Wear and Tear, you should advise a team member prior to leaving the Perth Airport.
If you have already left the rental location ensure you take photos (including a photo of the vehicle's number plate) and contact Europcar within 60 minutes either on 1300 720 055/NZ number or email firstname.lastname@example.org, using your rental agreement number as the email subject. Europcar provides complete 24-hour emergency roadside assistance. The contact number to be called is printed on the rental agreement and on the windscreen of the rental vehicle. In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you will receive prompt assistance.
Yes. You can travel on all toll roads during your rental as all Europcar vehicles are registered with Linkt.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
T1 & T2 returns: Follow the signs to this this terminal precinct and follow signage to the Car Rental Return Car Park. To enter the car park, at the boom gate, take a ticket which will allow entry (you may dispose of the ticket as it will no longer be required after entry)
T3 & T4 returns: follow signs for Terminal 4, when you get to roundabout at DFO take the 2nd turning and then follow signs to the Car Rental Return Car Park.
