IMPORTANT INFORMATION: SYDNEY DOMESTIC AIRPORT - PICK UP & DROP OFF CHANGES
Due to unforeseen remedial works imposed by Sydney Airport on all vehicle rentals operating from the Domestic (T2 & T3) Terminal car park, there is a temporary location for pick-up and drop off via a free shuttle service. Does not affect car rental operations at the International Terminal (T1).
Vehicle Drop Off
Europcar customers must drop off their vehicle at Europcar's temporary location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue, Mascot (see map below).
A free shuttle bus service will be operated for customers to then get to the T2 and T3 Domestic Terminal buildings.
Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for a one-way shuttle bus trip back to the T2 and T3 Terminal buildings.
NOTE: For all drop offs outside of Europcar's trading hours at Sydney Airport, please return the vehicle to the International Terminal T1.
Vehicle Pick Up
Europcar customers arriving into T2 and T3 domestic terminals with a Reservation can proceed directly to the free Car Rental shuttle bus service which is located outside the T2 and T3 domestic terminals opposite the baggage carousel.
The shuttle will take you to Europcar's vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot (see map below). You should allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for the shuttle bus trip. Customers without a booking must arrange a car rental at the Europcar rental desks located within the T2 and T3 Domestic terminals prior to accessing the free shuttle bus service. Only customers with an existing car rental booking will be able to access the free shuttle bus service to Europcar's new location for vehicle collection.
Please Note: This does not apply to the International Terminal airport pickups at T1
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE
In Australia, you need to present:
A valid full driver's licence for the main driver and any additional drivers showing a current residential address in English. If you do not have a valid Australian Drivers License, an International Driver's Permit must accompany your driver’s license.
A valid credit or debit card in the name of the main driver, matching the relevant Driver’s License
A passport if you are not an Australian resident
If using a debit card, you are required to provide a second form of acceptable identification in addition to your driver’s licence. For example, utility or phone bill (with matching address), bank statement (with matching address), passport or a credit card matching the main driver information.NB: Payment by debit card is only available on selected vehicle types.
Europcar counters are located inside the following terminals; International (T1), Virgin (T2) .If the domestic counters are unmanned, please proceed to the Europcar office located adjacent to the Domestic terminals.

Additional cover to reduce your liability can be purchased at the Europcar counter when you pick up your rental.
Prior to leaving the location, we recommend you inspect your vehicle to ensure that the condition of the vehicle is consistent with the information noted in your rental agreement.
If you notice any discrepancies over and above Fair Wear and Tear, you should advise a team member prior to leaving the Sydney Airport.
If you have already left the rental location ensure you take photos (including a photo of the vehicle's number plate) and contact Europcar within 60 minutes either on 1300 720 055/NZ number or email firstname.lastname@example.org, using your rental agreement number as the email subject. IMPORTANT INFORMATION DURING YOUR RENTAL
Europcar provides complete 24-hour emergency roadside assistance. The contact number to be called is printed on the rental agreement and on the windscreen of the rental vehicle. In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you will receive prompt assistance.
You can travel on all toll roads during your rental as all Europcar vehicles are registered with Linkt.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
Please follow signs for International Terminal (T1) and return to the marked Europcar return area. If there is not a Europcar team member in the car park, please return the car keys to the Europcar counter located in Terminal (T1) Inetrnational.
Domestic returns/connections: Please follow signs for 'Rental Car Returns located adjacent to Domestic T2 Arrivals. Returns are loacted in the bottom carpark of the Europcar Office (Where vehicle was collected from)

Domestic: Return the key into the key drop box at the return office in the car park. Loacted in the bottom carpark of the Europcar Office (Where vehicle was collected from).
International: Return the key into the key drop box on the Europcar counter at Terminal 1 (T1) Arrivals.
