UPDATE ON FLOOD-AFFECTED AREAS IN NEW SOUTH WALES
Europcar is actively monitoring the severe flooding currently impacting parts of New South Wales. The safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority. We are assessing conditions across affected locations and will provide updates as the situation evolves.

Returning Your Vehicle
If you are unable to return your vehicle due to flooding or a station closure, we ask that you retain the vehicle until it is safe to return. This applies even if the station is open but returning the vehicle would involve travelling through flood-affected areas.
