VICTORIA - LEVEL 4 Restrictions Update
We remain open at specific locations across Victoria to service the car, van and truck rental needs of those in a permitted service or industry. If you would like to discuss the pick up or return of your rental or to cancel an existing booking, please call 1300 13 13 90. New bookings can only be made for those supporting a permitted service or industry or for approved activities. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time for Victoria.
Are Europcar locations still open?

I am an approved worker, how do I make a booking?
Reservations can be made on our website, or by calling 1300 13 13 90 and a valid work permit will need to be sighted on vehicle collection proving employment in approved work.
What if I have an existing booking?
If you have a vehicle booked for leisure travel during the lock-down period, please contact us to cancel or change your booking.
Can I rent a truck to move house?
Our understanding is that existing real estate contracts still stand and we therefore are able to provide a rental truck to service this approved activity.
How do I return my vehicle if your branch is closed or outside my permitted area of travel?
Please contact us on 1300 13 13 90 to discuss alternative arrangements, to find out the nearest open branch to return your vehicle or to extend your rental.
Do I need to wear a mask in Victoria?
Yes a face mask must be worn in all Victorian locations when picking up or returning a vehicle
