Festival of Aviation & Corporate Travel Summits Competition Terms and Conditions

The terms of this document, information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and the Prize form part of the terms and conditions for entry into this Promotion (Conditions). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion is a game of chance. All entries have an equal chance of winning. The Promoter’s decision is final (subject to oversight of a scrutineer if required by applicable laws) and no correspondence will be entered into with losing and/or ineligible Entrants.

1. Promotion Overview

The competition will have one (1) Prize Winner, who will receive a 5-day complimentary Europcar car rental for travel within Australia before 31 October 2026.
The 5-day complimentary car rental is inclusive of the base rate and taxes and does not include any optional extras or ancillary items added to the booking, including but not limited to: additional driver, young driver fees, car seats, premium insurance options, damages, tolls or infringements.

2. Eligibility

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 21 years and over who attend the Festival of Aviation and Corporate Travel Summits taking place from Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 9:00 AM to Wednesday 26 November 2025 at 4:00 PM at the ICC Sydney.
Employees and their immediate families of CLA Trading Pty Ltd (trading as Europcar Australia) (“The Promoter”) and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Eligible attendees can enter the Promotion by scanning the QR code provided at the Europcar stand during the event and completing the online entry form during the event period.
Entries open Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 9:00 AM (AEDT) and close Wednesday 26 November 2025 at 4:00 PM (AEDT) (“Promotional Period”).
There is no limit on entries per Entrant during the Promotional Period.
Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be deemed invalid. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a 5-day Europcar car rental for use within Australia or New Zealand before 31 October 2026.
  • The total prize value is AUD $400.00 (including GST).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Prize values are correct as at 12 November 2025 and may vary depending on vehicle category and rental location.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the Winner.

5. Winner Determination

Each valid entry received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw. The winner determination will take place at Europcar Australia, 189 South Centre Road, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043, at 10:00 AM (AEDT) on Wednesday 3 December 2025, using computerised random selection.
The Winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. The Winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Europcar Australia website (www.europcar.com.au) within two (2) weeks of the draw.
If the prize is not claimed by 1:00 PM (AEDT) on Wednesday 17 December 2025, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same location at 10:00 AM (AEDT) on Thursday 18 December 2025. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days.
If any scheduled draw date falls on a public holiday, the draw will take place on the following business day.

6. Prize Conditions

Europcar standard age, credit card, and driver requirements apply to the prize winner. The prize is subject to Europcar’s standard rental terms and conditions.
The prize does not cover any optional extras, insurance upgrades, one-way fees, or charges incurred from damages, tolls, infringements, or additional kilometres beyond the standard allowance.
The 5-day hire must be completed before 31 October 2026. The prize may be forfeited if not redeemed by this date, with no extensions or substitutions permitted.

7. General

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

8. Privacy

All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By entering this Promotion, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purposes of conducting and promoting this competition and for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy and spam laws.
