How the pick-up works?
- Once in front of the Key Dispenser open the weblink and type the location ID or enters pincode
- Take the key, close the box
- Search and find the car
Are you eligible to the Key Dispenser?
You already are a Privilege Member traveling through Airports or Railway and you made at least one rental in the last 24 months?
All your documents are uploaded in your dedicated account? Check if your personal data in your My Europcar is updated:
- The driver has a valid Driver ID (with driving licence)
- A functional e-mail/mobile phone number of the driver
- An up-to-date means of payment
A reservation at least 36 hours before the vehicle pick up is needed to start the key dispenser process.
